Privacy Policy
How Alltec Sistemas handles the personal data of people who visit this website or contact us through the form, under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018).
Data controller
The controller of the personal data processed on this website is Alltec Comércio e Serviços de Equipamentos Eletro Eletrônicos Ltda (Alltec Sistemas), CNPJ (Brazilian company registration number) 00.930.432/0001-00, headquartered at Avenida Dr. Wady Badra, 246, Distrito Industrial, Jundiaí, SP 13212-790, Brazil. For any privacy or data protection matter, email [email protected].
What data we process and why
- Contact form. Reason for contact, name, email, phone number, subject, message, attachment (optional), and page language. We use this data to respond to your inquiry and follow up on it — for example, a quotation, supplier registration, or, if you send a résumé, a hiring process. Please do not include sensitive data (health, religion, racial origin, etc.) in your résumé or attachment unless necessary.
- Form security. When you submit the form, we also record your IP address, your browser, the address of the page the form was sent from, and how long the form took to fill out, to protect the form against abuse and automated submissions.
- Access logs. Like any web server, ours logs incoming requests (IP address, date and time, page requested, referring page, and browser) for security and technical troubleshooting only.
- Audience and ad measurement. Only if you click “Accept” on the cookie banner does the site load Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads, which use cookies to measure how the site is used and how our ads perform. Your consent covers this measurement only: the site does not allow Google to use this data for ad personalization or remarketing.
We do not use this data for any purpose other than those described above, and we do not sell or rent personal data.
Legal bases
- Contact form: fulfilling your own request, including steps prior to entering into a contract (LGPD, Art. 7(V)), and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us (Art. 7(IX)).
- Security and access logs: our legitimate interest in protecting the website and the form (Art. 7(IX)).
- Audience and ad measurement: your consent (Art. 7(I)), which you can withdraw at any time.
Where the data is kept and who it is shared with
- Contact form messages are sent by email, through Alltec’s email provider, to the Alltec team handling your request and stored in the company’s internal system.
- The website is hosted on Alltec’s own server and delivered through Cloudflare’s network, which protects and speeds up access; site traffic therefore passes through Cloudflare’s infrastructure.
- Measurement data, when you consent, is processed by Google under Google’s own privacy policies.
- If a page includes a YouTube video, the preview image may be served by YouTube; the video itself loads only when you click to play it, and from then on YouTube’s (Google’s) policies apply.
Cloudflare, Google, and our email provider are headquartered in the United States and operate internationally, so this data may be processed outside Brazil, particularly in the United States. Beyond these cases, we share personal data only when required by law or by order of a competent authority.
Cookies
Without your consent, the site does not set measurement or advertising cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the site against automated traffic. Your choice on the banner is stored in your own browser, and you can review it at any time through the Cookie preferences link in the footer of every page. To delete cookies already stored, use your browser settings.
How long we keep data
Data sent through the contact form, including any attachment, is kept in Alltec’s internal system and in the team’s mailboxes as a record of your inquiry. We do not currently delete it automatically after a set period: you can ask us to delete it at any time by email, as described under “Your rights.” Submissions blocked as automated (bot) traffic are also logged, without the attachment, to protect the form.
Even after a deletion request, we may retain data where the law allows, such as to comply with a legal obligation or to exercise legal rights (LGPD, Art. 7(II) and (VI), and Art. 16).
Your rights
Under the LGPD (Art. 18), you may request at any time:
- confirmation that we process your data, and access to it;
- correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data;
- anonymization, blocking, or deletion of data that is unnecessary, excessive, or processed in breach of the law;
- portability of your data to another service or product provider;
- deletion of data processed based on your consent;
- information about the public and private entities with which we share your data;
- information about the option of not giving consent and the consequences of refusing;
- withdrawal of consent.
You may also object to processing carried out in breach of the law. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. You also have the right to file a petition with Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
Security
The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and the contact form is protected against bots and limits the number of submissions per IP address.
