What we do

Control cabinets and cubicles for substations

We design and assemble control cabinets for transformers and shunt reactors, as well as common and transfer cubicles.

  • Power transformer control cabinet mounted on the side of the tank next to the radiators, doors closed with a viewing window — end customer Furnas, Ibiúna substation

    Transformer control cabinets

We design and manufacture control cabinets for 34.5 kV to 800 kV transformers for Siemens Energy, Hitachi Energy, TSEA Energia, and GE Vernova — Grid Solutions, among others.

  • Control cabinet with its doors open, mounted on the side of a shunt reactor, showing terminal blocks and control devices

    Shunt reactor control cabinets

Control, protection, and monitoring cabinets for medium- and high-power shunt reactors, such as the ones we supply for Siemens Energy’s 500 kV shunt reactors at the APS Cholla – Delaney Substation in Arizona.

  • Open transfer cubicle: orange mounting plate with rows of transfer connectors wired with black cables, plus terminal block strips

    Common and transfer cubicles

Common cubicles, also called transfer cubicles, shared by a bank of single-phase units (transformers or shunt reactors) and used to switch the spare unit into service in place of the failed unit.

  • Monitor showing EPLAN Electric P8 open on a panel layout drawing, with wiring ducts, terminal blocks, and labeled devices

    Electrical design

An in-house, EPLAN-certified engineering team for the electrical design of control cabinets and cubicles.

Two-section transfer cubicle with its doors open at the factory: orange mounting plates with transfer connectors, black cables, relays, and terminal blocks

Transfer cubicles

Engineered for safe changeover to the spare unit

With a functional layout and sound engineering practice, we offer a range of transfer cubicle configurations for switching a substation’s spare unit into service.

    2. Modeling and wiring

      With predetermined routing and connections.

    3. Thermal study

      With simulation and calculation report.

    4. Structural

      Calculated by finite element analysis.

Silent looping animation in four steps: first the cabinet’s wiring diagram, drawn in light blue on a dark background and scanned from top to bottom; then the cabinet in 3D, its parts coming together and, in X-ray view, the wires growing terminal to terminal; next, particles colored from blue (cooler air) to red (warmer) show the air moving inside it; finally, the enclosure with its door open flexes (exaggerated), colored from blue (least displacement) to red (most).

*Real simulation from a real project.

    Codes and standards

We comply with Brazilian and international standards, including:

    • ABNT NBR IEC 61439
    • UL 508A
    • CSA C22.2

This is how we ensure the quality and safety of our low-voltage control cabinets.

    Factory

    Engineered here. Built here.

Full control of the manufacturing process.

Factory footage: the camera moves through finished cabinets, inside — terminal blocks, circuit breakers, relays, and transfer connectors on orange mounting plates — and ends at the workbench, with hands wiring a plate.
